Meet theStags
General: Sarah Gerali begins her first season with the
Stags and will compete for time in the midfield and
defense.
Off The Field: Gerali is planning on majoring in Pyschology.
High School: Gerali earned three varsity letters at Avon High School, where she
served as team captain her senior season. That final season she led Avon to
a Class L State Championship as she earned All-State and All-Hartford Courant
accolades. In 2010 Gerali was named the Defensive Player of the Year and
earned her first of two consecutive All-Conference selections. A member of the
National Honor Society, Gerali recorded three goals from her defensive spot as
a senior.
Personal: Sarah Catherine Gerali is the daughter of Marianne and Pete Gerali
and has two brothers; Mike and Nick.

General: Emily Wieczorek joins the Stags midfield this
season.
Off The Field: Wieczorek is an Accounting major.
High School: Wieczorek earned four varsity letters at Hall High School, where
she served as team captain her senior season. She earned All-State as a sen-
ior, after picking up All-Conference in her first three seasons.
Personal: Emily Elizabeth Wieczorek is the daughter of Annmichelle and
Michael Wieczorek. She has two older siblings, Sam and KeriEllen.

General: Lindsey O'Neil joins the Stags midfield this
season.
Off The Field: O'Neil is undecided on her major.
High School: O'Neil earned four varsity letters at Thayer Academy, where she
was a two-year team captain. A team MVP, she earned Independent School
League Honorable Mention in her final two seasons.
Personal: Lindsey Anne O'Neil is the daughter of Robin and Gary O'Neil and has
an older brother, Kyle.

General: Dalia Abu-Sitteh is in her first year as a mem-
ber of the Stags. She will miss the 2012 campaign as
she rehabs a knee injury.
Off The Field: Abu-Sitteh is a Nursing major.
High School: Abu-Sitteh earned three varsity letters at West Haven High School,
where she was a team captain her senior season. She led the squad to a 12-
3-1 mark as a senior and earned All-League honors in 2011. A member of the
National Honor Society, Abu-Sitteh was also named her squad's rookie of the
year. A varsity letter winner in track and field, she holds the school record in
the 800m and is a member of the school-record setting 4x800m relay.
Personal: Dalia Claire Abu-Sitteh is the daughter of is the daughter of Maura
and Khaled Abu-Sitteh. She is one of six children, with three older and to
younger siblings. Her sister Nora graduated from Fairfield in 2011.
